Rénald and I want to sincerely thank you for your excellent work. Undertaking renovations such as ours (kitchen, three bathrooms and several other improvements) is a large-scale project, as we have seen over the last few weeks and months! You have made its realization much easier.
Anne, from the start, with your very detailed estimates and your plans, you knew how to reassure us while sharing your ideas and respecting the direction that we wanted to give to this project. From this, a beautiful fusion of ideas and achievements was born. During the project, you continued to make diligent follow-ups, always in good spirits.
Jonathan, sharing 8 weeks on the ground with someone is not simple, especially since we continued to live on the premises. Yet, your frank and honest approach, your courtesy, your leadership with your team, and communications have made everything go smoothly despite the inevitable little problems. All the desired corrections were made as we went on, which was very reassuring and also showed your great listening skills. In the end, we had a project to our taste in every detail.
The Bolec team with André, Max, Bruce and several others who participated in the project was professional, conscientious, courteous and pleasant.
So, Anne and Jonathan, although we are very happy to have left the site, we appreciated our many contacts and wish you success in your careers; you work well, you are solid and it is a pleasure to deal with you. Our house is rejuvenated, much more contemporary and bright and you have contributed greatly to it.

Just a small note to let you know how happy we are with the result of the stair ramp. It is really pretty and full of what we had imagined. In fact, everything is a success: Retractable bed, desk and my "mini laundry room", which is very functional. I just love it.

I want to sincerely thank you for a small problem that surfaced after our renovation of almost a year ago and that was quickly resolved.
We were impressed by your professionalism, and by the fact that you made sure we were satisfied with the floor panel that had to be replaced in our living room.
Your carpenter told us that he had better glue this time, which helped. He also glued a corner of another floor panel, which was starting to rise, although we had not detected this ourselves. We agree with you that it is a hard job to replace the boards on a glued engineered wooden floor, no matter who would have to do it!
You have a great team that works with you, Vital and I will continue to sing the praises of Bolec to everyone who wants to listen.
